Water

Wherever you are in the world we all drink the liquid of life-  water, but is it poisoning us? Sadly yes. From the chlorine that kills all the good bacteria, to the fluoride scientifically proven to lower the IQ of children in the study of pregnant women ( i'll link the study below), to the microplastics... I can go on and on. There are enough documentaries and books on the topic to scare you. what I would like to do is educate you on the solutions. people all know about tap water pollution, and that's why they only drink bottled water. Do you know what's better? Do you know your Poland Spring water isn't from a spring in Maine anymore?

Again instead of spending a lot of money on the liquid of life and having to shlep bottles of it to your house, a cheaper, easier, and much healthier option is...buying a filter. When someone is taking the time to drink something good for them it may as well be good for them right?.
Something to expect...With each filter you get, the water is going to taste a bit different. none of the options taste bad. (who drinks water for taste anyway? )

A zero picture is a great choice for one who is interested in taking a big first step for healthier water I found it to be much more effective than Brita.
Level 2 is the ceramic filter. The two great companies I think of are Berkey or Alexa pure. These filters also use no electricity and are even more effective filtration systems, but it takes an hour to filter a gallon.
Level 3 is the ultimate level available right now  is a distiller I know there's misinformation that people worry about such as loss of minerals what I do is add a pinch of Himalayan salt for the bottle so even if that was a concern the water is Miri mineralized distillation takes out everything that you don't want in your water the downside is it's all so slow and it uses a lot of electricity I recommend level one for those starting out.
