Sugar-Free

Ok, who else is tired of a company solving one issue to sell you a product, only to find out later there's another 5 problems they didn't tell you about, and you didn't gain at all from buying it?. You see, sugar is only one of the many issues with what people are eating. One of the Many. For all those who think sugar is the one and only devil, and they should avoid it  at all costs, they should know a few things. it's kind of impossible to stay away from all sugar as any starch you eat turns into sugar. It's not something you want to do either, the body needs sugar, The issue is processed sugar.

But sugar isn't hurting me, I'm not diabetic?. You are correct that when someone is a diabetic they need to be more careful about their sugar intake,  and why is that,  because their insulin receptors, which are supposed to let the body know how much insulin to excrete to processes on the sugar, are not working well, therefore having to much sugar can be deadly. But that didn't just start one day for no reason, it's from years and years of abusing the body that causes this, not to god forbid blame anyone who's a diabetic,  they had no idea their doctor never told them to stay away from sugar before. And why should the doctor tell him that? Unfortunately, food and medicine is a different field. It's like going to a mechanic asking him how to install your home window. Every time someone eats a food that food has a high GI which means glycemic index, the higher it is the more work your pancreas has to do, now don't worry your pancreas will do a great job and you don't need to be fanatic about only eating low GI foods, but its definitely something to keep in mind, overeating can also increase the GI.

What about synthetic sugar substitutes in general, there are usually hidden ingredients you don't want in such products. Even if it's pure, there is research that proves its toxicity (why am I not surprised). I would stay away from synthetic sugars as much as possible. If someone is a healthy person. The healthy sugar I recommend is raw honey, which's not cooked. if you cook with it,  it's not raw anymore hence, all the beneficial enzymes will die. Another great option is maple syrup; Grade B has more vitamins and minerals and that would be the maple syrup of choice. Now for healthy alternatives to sugar, for those on a healing protocol or need to be...
(There's are some exceptions but overall ) I would suggest only a pure form of stevia with no added ingredients. Why do I choose stevia because I know many people who healed without having to remove this from their diet and all the other normally healthy sweeteners, I've found can make healing more difficult Many things you don't want in your body such as bad bacteria, feed on these even healthy sugars. other options will be available, but they aren't available yet.
